SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

All orders take at least 2 TO 4 WEEKS to be processed and finished. Once an order is finished, it is usually shipped within 2 days with USPS and can take from 2 to 5 days to be delivered. A confirmation and tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped.

Due to each item being specifically customized for each customer, RETURNS AND REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. *Unless under special conditions on my behalf* ANY MISTAKES IN PURCHASING THE ITEMS SUCH AS: SELECTING THE WRONG COLOR, WRONG SIZE, OR MISPELLING ARE SOLEY BASED ON THE CUSTOMERS.
